It's the weekend!

Yesterday I managed a really pretty bento for a change, but somehow it was reluctant to be photographed properly... Sesame-broccoli noodles from "Quick-fix vegetarian", a sad pear muffin, two cocktail tomatoes and pineapple slices.

No food, but I had to share this one- this morning I cleaned the chinchillas' cage and got this look:

"Stupid human, it's 10 am on a Saturday morning, go back to bed!"

Feeling bakauke and other stupid food

I mentioned bakauke, the Japanese rice snack some posts earlier and have just rediscovered a picture of the package I took ages ago.

And it exactly pictures how I'm feeling today: tired, subdued and not up to my mental best.
I lived of bread rolls and diner-bought falafel and pop today, so there's not much to talk about and I'm too tired to come up with a witty recipe... but I'm sticking to the veganmofo!
